The 13th Floor was born from a simple conviction: that a cup of coffee and a well-crafted cocktail deserve the same level of thought, technique, and respect. We are not a café that occasionally serves alcohol, nor a bar that slings instant espresso. We are a space where both disciplines coexist with equal seriousness.
Located on East 12th Street in the heart of Austin, our doors open to a room designed for lingering. The light is considered. The acoustics are soft. Every surface has been chosen to make you feel — without saying it aloud — that you are somewhere worth staying.
We source our coffee from roasters who treat the bean as a finite resource worth honoring. Our cocktails are built with the same rigor: house-made syrups, fresh-pressed juices, spirits selected for character over status. What you taste is the result of decisions made long before you order.
